Here at Protective Film orders are dispatched same day with Direct Freight Express for fast and reliable delivery times!  Where possible we also do in house deliveries within the Sydney and Melbourne Metro locations giving us the ability to provide better turn around times from order placement and fast and reliable deliveries for our clients.

PICK-UPS

Pick-up's can be made from our storage warehouses. Note: Not all products are available at storage locations. At the checkout page, stock is available if the shipping method has the option to collect from your local state.

All freight deliveries are booked as ATL (Authority to Leave) unless customer has requested a signature is required (NOTE: this may attract higher shipping costs) ATL is given in the event of the receiver not being home to sign for the consignment. It allows couriers to leave your package without obtaining a signature.

NOTE: Orders after 2pm may be classed as next day as our courier may have come and gone! Please (if possible) order before 2pm for next day delivery option.

Damaged Goods

Please verify that your goods have been shipped without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for without notification to the shipping company.

Freight

Protective Film reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs as we see fit. Some products carry Special Delivery Conditions and may cost more than the standard site quoted rates when shipping outside metro areas.

Please note: Refund or replacement is not our responsibility if the tracking or POD (proof of delivery) shows your item has been delivered, your package is no longer covered for LOSS by the sender and is now the sole responsibility on the consumer. It this event we will do our best to assist where we can in aid of helping find lost or stolen goods.
