Freight

Please note: Refund or replacement is not our responsibility if the tracking or POD (proof of delivery) shows your item has been delivered, your package is no longer covered for LOSS by the sender and is now the sole responsibility on the consumer. It this event we will do our best to assist where we can in aid of helping find lost or stolen goods. Generally our delivery diver will take a photo of where the goods have been placed and this can be provided on request.
Refunds & Exchange/ Repairs
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Protective Film may offer you a repair, exchange or refund on most merchandise. Refunds will be given using your original payment method. NOTE: Any products that are opened and of wearable nature like gloves, clothes, respiratory masks etc, may be un eligible for product return due to hygiene reasons. If you have simply changed your mind, Protective Film may offer you a refund or exchange provided that the product is in as new condition and the refund or exchange is sought within a 4 weeks.
If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Please be aware any shipping cost incurred to return the product to us will be deducted from your refund.
